Terms and Conditions
1. OOBWH - Once Off Business Website Hosting
- Hosting and Maintenance Fee: After the initial 12 months of hosting, a mandatory fee of R200 per month will be invoiced for hosting and maintenance services provided by DevSpectrum.
- Cancellation Policy: Should the client choose to seek an alternative web host, they must inform DevSpectrum one month prior to the renewal of their domain name. DevSpectrum will assist in the migration process.
- Continued Service: Failure to inform DevSpectrum of the intention to cancel hosting and maintenance services will result in the continuation of the monthly fee until proper notice is provided and migration to an alternative web host is completed.
- Modification of Terms: DevSpectrum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to stay updated on any changes made.
- By availing of our hosting and maintenance services, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by DevSpectrum.
